How do I get started?

Call the office at 480-766-6630 to schedule your initial appointment.  You should plan on spending about an hour at the office during your first appointment.

Does insurance cover my visit?

We are in-network with most major insurance companies. Our services are included in a health insurer’s mental health benefit and are subject to your co-pay or co-insurance and any unmet deductible. Our office will verify your benefits prior to your first office visit.

How much does it cost?

Most health insurance is accepted, you are responsible for any applicable deductibles or co-pays under the terms of your health insurance policy. We offer very affordable self-pay rates. All major credit cards are accepted.

Is there anything else I need to know?

If the provider decides a stimulant medication is best for you, you will be required to sign a controlled substance contract. This includes agreeing to submit to randomized toxicology screening at the provider’s discretion.
