Optimal Health / ADD Arizona offers medical management of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), and Test Anxiety in adults ages 18 and up. We offer objective testing, medical treatment and behavior modification strategies. During your first visit you will spend approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in our office. You will start by completing rating forms and assessments prior to seeing the provider. The provider will then take a complete health history and perform a physical exam. Your provider will then make a diagnosis and provide you with a treatment plan.

Follow-up appointments are monthly at which time your provider will measure treatment success and monitor for side effects. Medication and dose changes are done during subsequent visits to maximize effectiveness and minimize side effects.
